This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed through Trade Vib3. Trade Vib3 is an online South African ecommerce store that delivers products to valid delivery addresses within South Africa.

Trade Vib3 is an online-only South African ecommerce store. We do not operate a public walk-in retail store. Returns, collections, or supplier-related arrangements are handled by prior written arrangement only.
Trade Vib3 currently offers delivery within South Africa only.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and accessible delivery address when placing an order. Trade Vib3 will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information supplied by the customer.
A flat shipping fee of R110 applies to standard orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders over R1500, where applicable.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery fees and any other applicable charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Where special delivery arrangements, remote-area delivery fees, courier surcharges, or additional shipping costs apply, these costs will be shown at checkout or communicated to the customer before the order is completed.
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier stock, payment confirmation, order volume, public holidays, and courier availability.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched during normal business days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.
Estimated delivery is usually 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery address, courier network, product availability, supplier delays, and public holidays.
Remote or outlying areas may take longer.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Trade Vib3 will make reasonable efforts to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control.
Product availability may depend on supplier stock and courier availability.
If an ordered item becomes unavailable after payment, Trade Vib3 will contact the customer and may offer a suitable replacement, backorder option, store credit, or refund.
Product sourcing requests are not guaranteed and will only be confirmed once availability and pricing have been verified.
Orders may be delivered by third-party courier services.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. Trade Vib3 may provide tracking information where available.
Customers may be required to provide identification, sign for delivery, or confirm receipt of goods.
If delivery fails because the customer provided incorrect details, was unavailable, refused delivery, or did not make the necessary arrangements with the courier, the customer may be responsible for any additional delivery, return, or re-delivery charges.
Customers should inspect parcels on delivery where possible.
If a parcel appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, the customer should report the issue to Trade Vib3 as soon as possible by emailing support@tradevib3store.co.za with the order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or dead-on-arrival items will be handled in line with our Return and Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and DOA Policy where applicable.
