This Delivery Policy explains how Trade Vib3 delivers orders placed through our website.
Trade Vib3 is an online-only South African ecommerce store. We deliver products to customers across South Africa using available courier and delivery service providers.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the delivery terms set out below.

Trade Vib3 is an online-only South African ecommerce store. We do not operate a public walk-in retail store. Returns, collections, or supplier-related arrangements are handled by prior written arrangement only.

Customers may not visit, collect, return, or exchange products in person unless this has been arranged and approved in writing by Trade Vib3.
Returns, collections, supplier-related arrangements, or special delivery arrangements are handled by prior written arrangement only.
Trade Vib3 delivers to valid delivery addresses within South Africa.
Delivery to certain remote, outlying, restricted-access, or high-risk areas may take longer or may require additional delivery arrangements.
If delivery to a specific area is not possible or requires extra costs, Trade Vib3 will contact the customer before completing or dispatching the order where reasonably possible.
Standard delivery fees are calculated and shown at checkout.
A flat shipping fee of R110 may apply to standard orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders over R1500, where applicable.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Delivery fees and any other applicable charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.
Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on product availability, supplier stock, payment confirmation, order volumes, courier availability, weekends, and public holidays.
Orders are generally processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.
Estimated delivery is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Remote or outlying areas, supplier delays, courier delays, incorrect delivery details, high order volumes, or public holidays may extend this timeframe.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Trade Vib3 is not responsible for delays caused by courier providers, supplier delays, weather events, strikes, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details when placing an order.
This includes the recipient name, street address, complex or unit number where applicable, suburb, city, province, postal code, contact number, and any special delivery instructions.
Trade Vib3 will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery information provided by the customer.
The customer or an authorised person may be required to receive and sign for the order.
If no one is available to receive the order, the courier may attempt re-delivery or contact the customer to make further arrangements.
Additional delivery charges may apply if delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to communicate with the courier.
Where tracking information is available, Trade Vib3 may provide tracking details to the customer after dispatch.
Tracking updates are provided by the courier service provider and may not always update immediately.
Customers should inspect their order as soon as possible after delivery.
If an item is damaged, incorrect, incomplete, defective, or appears to be dead on arrival, the customer must contact Trade Vib3 as soon as possible at support@tradevib3store.co.za.
The customer should include the order number, photos or videos of the product and packaging, and a clear description of the issue.
These cases will be handled in line with our Return and Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, and DOA Policy where applicable.
Risk in the products passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the delivery address supplied by the customer or received by an authorised person on behalf of the customer.
Ownership of the products passes to the customer once full payment has been received and the order has been delivered.
