Trade Vib3 is an online-only South African ecommerce store. We do not operate a public walk-in retail store. Returns, collections, or supplier-related arrangements are handled by prior written arrangement only.

Trade Vib3 will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery details supplied by the customer.

Failed deliveries, re-deliveries, refused deliveries, or incorrect delivery details may result in additional charges for the customer.
